Limoncino is a Little Lemon!
Last spring I got a chance to visit a dear friend, who lives in a lovely corner of Italy, near Sorrento. There were all kinds of lemons, all different shapes and sizes, everywhere. The smell of lemon trees in bloom filled the night air, it was magical!
I really wanted to make a lemony project for the home to remember the trip, and this little wall basket is the result.
The basket is made from the bottom up, all as one piece. It can be made in thick 100% wool yarn you can felt down into something more sturdy, or in airy summary Raffia. Different yarn and hook combinations will produce different sizes, but all will give that fun lemony look.
The pattern is written in UK crochet terms, with step by step photos. This is a quick project that takes less than 2hrs to complete.
